Win rate on amount vs. count and display of both

So I recently realized that the formula given in this support article Calculate Opportunity Win and Loss Percentage in a Report actually just gives a win rate for count, even when using the fields Won: Sum and Closed: Sum.   

Now I have a correct win rate by amount at the row level here - 74% won in Bangladesh, but the summary is at a different level on the Win Rate % by Amount column than the correct Win Rate % by Count value (2 opportunities of 5 opps closed = 40%.   So it makes comparison hard and I can't do a chart with parallel bars. 

How do I adjust my Summary Level formulas so I get the 75% amount win rate and 40% count win rate in at the same level for comparison purpose?
