Do you need a quick way to make step-by-step documentation? I've recently used https://scribehow.com/home for this and have been impressed at how quickly the free version lets you put something together.

It acts like a screen recording tool but instead of generating a recording, it creates a step-by-step visual doc of what and where you clicked. You can then edit text related to each step, delete steps, etc. You can share it directly via the app, create a “page” that links to multiple documentation pages, or export it to formats supported by Gdocs, etc.  @Training and User Adoption
