I am receiving the attached error on this trail I am trying to complete. Please advise what I am doing wrong. I am including a shot of the instructions on Trialhead as well as my error message. Thanks in advance!!!

The Object name as two __ before the c at the end. It should be: Latest_counseling_session__c, not Latest_counseling_session_c.
It is best to copy/paste from the requirement to the Playground to minimize these types of errors.
