We have connected Facebook accounts as Data Sources in Social Automate and is used in Rules to create cases in Service Cloud. Now all the media types create cases. Is there a way to stop case creation for the posts that we do in Facebook account?

@Vidhyasagar Ranganathan You can disable the Posts Extended Media Types in your Data Source. This will exclude your published Posts from your Case creation rules.
