When I import multiple leads at once, I noticed my flow doesn't run properly. It is supposed to assign a different rep every other lead (there are 2 people). I noticed when I'm imported 50 leads at once, 20 remained in my name, 7 went to Rep1 and 23 went to Rep2.
Flow works when leads are not mass imported but doesn't work properly when there is a mass import. How does one bypass that?
@Divaker Singh & @Gustavo A. Seluja that's not quite what I'm asking. I have the round robin portion built. When testing the routing via DataLoader with many records at once, somehow this causes items to processes as the same and doesn't evenly distribute the lead owner. Instead, it assigns the leads all to one individual if I run the flow immediately for round robin... or if I place a delay/wait for the flow to run, it will do better at distributing the leads but not fully. If I individually create leads one by one, the flow works fine. .
For the most part, I don't believe I'll have a huge issue but I'd like to make it as fair as I can with even distribution if per chance multiple leads come in at once. The issue is only when multiple leads are created at once
