Role field is not visible to a community user

I try to enable a partner user but  when I create the user, first I can´t see the role field and when I save it show me a error.

    Hello,

     

    The error message is related to the Owner of the Account Record in Salesforce as they do not have a role.

     

    For example if Tom is related to the Aloha account when you enable them as a Partner User whoever owns the Aloha account must have a role.
