kell01:Too many query rows: 50001

Hi!

One of our customers is using Kell Partners 'Fund Allocations' managed package. The 'Update Fund Rollups' batch job scheduled to run everyday randomly fails with the below error:

Failed to process batch for class 'kell01.SCH_BAT_UpdateFundRollups' for job id '7071R0000EAMuoD'

caused by: System.LimitException: kell01:Too many query rows: 50001

Class.Database.QueryLocatorIterator.hasNext: line 41, column 1

Class.kell01.SCH_BAT_UpdateFundRollups.execute: line 39, column 1

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestion/help is greatly appreciated.
