Hi there โ I got this message on Challenge 5 of Service Cloud Specialist. I tried giving the related permissions on Profiles and even adding a permission set. I also enabled some features on Case Page Layout. But it didn't work and at this point I just don't get it ๐ How does one grant access to Knowledge? #Trailhead Challenges

This is what worked for me: Edit the Case Record Page and add Knowledge. Don't forget to activate the page :)
