I'm very new to the Nonprofit I'm working for (and equally new to SalesForce). I want to get a list of lapsed donors. Our NSPS App has SYBUNT and LYBUNT reports, but they seem to show last year's donations from organizations only (no individuals).
Also, "last year" seems to refer to the last calendar year (i.e. ending 12-31-17)--is there a way to get a list of individuals who have donated in the past, but haven't donated over the past *12-months*?

Thanks Terry, I think part of the problem may be that I need to upgrade to NPSP 3. I'm working with an older version.
