Am new in the Salesforce domain and I recently joined an organization.I need some help with the Approval Process as the requirement is whenever in the Account object Integration Start Date field is getting updated, it will notify the Manager and asked for the approval from the Manager,and once Manager gives the approval it will lock the Record and no one can edit the Record.
I have created the checkbox field for Account object then create the workflow with field update action as whenever Integration Start Date field has been modified it will update the checkbox field and update the value to true.
Now I want to create the Approval Process so in first step I have Entered the Process Name ,entered the Rule criteria as whenever checkbox field value equals to true,selected the Initial Submitters and save the first step of Approval Process.
But now am not understanding what would be the next step as like what would be the Initial submission Action, Final Approval Action, Final Rejection Actions or Recall actions and what would be the action I have to choose in the scenario.
Really Need help!!
