Working with a new client's SF/Pardot implementation and looking to create a dynamic/ongoing time specific 60-day post sale customer nurture campaign for a specific product.

 

Logic is:

 

closed/won opportunities

 

that have purchased a specific ABC product

 

then emails trigger based on close date associated with the product attached to the closed/won opportunity

 

("Closed Won Opptys" with "Specific Product Name" where time is triggered from "Start Date" on Product Record + XX calendar days)

 

Day 1: welcome message

 

Day 3: do you need help?

 

Day 14: survey

 

Day 60: hope to do business again someday..., etc.

 

Appears to require a dynamic list in Pardot but it's unclear how or if it's possible to tie the logic to a specific product on the Closed Won Opportunity, and then apply +XX days logic.

 

Thoughts on how to best construct and execute?
