Are salesforce communities WGAC compliant

Question

We have multple public facing communities, using the guest user profile and I want to validate they are WGAC compliant. I have found a few articles stating Salesforce is WGAC compliant and the user has the ability to adjust their personal settings. I have yet to find anything with a guest user.
