track development changes

Hello all, 

 

I am looking for a way to showcase the productivity of our team. How would you best track development changes in your org?

    I've seen people reuse/re-purpose the standard Case object for internal requests and Projects. 

     

    Then you can use standard Salesforce Case Reports and Dashboards to visualize it
