Hi,

During creating custom object Property, have you mark the checkbox checked "Launch New Custom Tab Wizard after saving this custom object"?

You can verify the same from Setup > Tabs > Custom Object Tabs

If Properties tab is not there, create a new tab with new button under "Custom Object Tabs" and choose object = Property.

Sure thing! I switched playgrounds at one point and didn't have the Property object and it definitely caused me a lot of problems. Hope you can avoid that!
