Cannot save a trigger during a parse and save class call

Hello,  I am new to development and Im getting this error when i save a trigger. Can anyone tell why is it happening?

    Thanks for the info. You can do either of the following:

     

    1) First, create a new workspace and delete the corrupted workspace. Create your trigger in the new workspace

     

    2) Create your trigger within the UI --> Setup -- Customize -- Cases - Case Triggers -- New
