Suddenly can't get auth from VSC to sandboxes with error "To access this page, you have to log in to Salesforce"

Question

Today since around 5PM CST, VSC can't get auth from sandboxes. After I login, the page fresh then redirect to the same page and showing "To access this page, you have to log in to Salesforce."

I still can auth to production org but none of sandboxes work currently.

I was trying to reach salesforce support. However, I couldn't login to submit a ticket. After I login, it keeps routing me back to the login for support page. If I am not in that page, it shows I already logged in.
