Business Admin Superbadge Challenge 1 Mapping Error

Hello. Could use some help with a mapping issue on Challenge 1 of the Business Admin  Superbadge. I believe my spreadsheet is solid but I keep getting these errors? I tried Field Mapping in setup and I am still lost. What process might I be overlooking? I can send more screenshots if it helps. I have been all over the place trying to figure out why this is not mapping. All the field names match from what I can tell? I have looked at many options read a lot of acticles and I think Im just getting more confused . Here is my message

 

"This header value in your CSV file is mapped to multiple Salesforce fields. Make sure to edit the field mapping to prevent any issues during the import process". Having issues attaching right now screen locks up but if needed I can try again

    A custom field Billing State/Province was being used instead of the standard one while inserting the data. I will go ahead and close this thread now.
