Suppress Non-Openers in Pardot

Question

I want to gather users who are in multiple Pardot campaigns and have not opened an email between 90 and 365 days, and suppress them from future email sends. How can I do that using Pardot's segmentation rules? In the segmentation rules under "Prospect email opens", there is only "in the last" days or weeks option. There isn't a "between" X days and Y days that I'm looking for.
