Is it possible to use the Snap-in Chat Component in the Napili template when on Salesforce Classic?

The customer does not want to switch to lightning yet but still wants to implement live agent in their community. They do not want to download any additional apps.

    Yes. The Snap can be added to the Community template. It doesn't matter what Salesforce UI is being used.
