User search history?

Question

I am trying to track down the search history of a user in our org. I know how to do history change reports like last modified and any field we track, etc. I also have looked at login history and logged in as them to see recent items but what we are hoping for is a bit more thorough way to actually review what searches an employee has done within our Salesforce account. Any help here would be appreciated.
