cant uninstall 3rd party package; need to delete triggers; can change -meta.xml in Force IDE to "deleted" but cant get that code back into prod using deploy

Need to uninstall 3rd party package; support says I need to delete triggers and workflows; cant delete triggers thru Setup or Developers Console.  Bring code into Force IDE and change -meta.xml, but this code never gets moved back to production in Deploy to Server because it is in the Installed Package folder and not in src. pls help.

    Hey Edward,

     

    To delete triggers/classes in production, delete the triggers/class in the Force.com IDE, then right click the trigger/class folder and go through the normal deployment route on the folder.  On the final step, it'll recognize that you deleted code and will give you the option to "deploy" a deleted class.
