Chatter Desktop & Chatter Desktop Setting options is not visible

Hello,

Chatter Desktop & Chatter Desktop Setting options is not visible under Personal & Administration Setup.

1.For Chatter Desktop:-

Setup=>Personal Setup=>Desktop Integration=>Chatter Desktop not found.

2.For Chatter Desktop Setting:-

Setup=>Administration Setup=>DesktopAdministration=>Chatter Desktop Setting not found.

Please provide solution.

You can also use the "Quick Find" to locate it.
