I've checked the orders made by our Finance Department and it says "Force.com - Enterprise Edition (Administrator)" is for 43 USD (per user) while "Force.com - Enterprise Edition" is for 65 USD (per user). What's the difference between the two and why is the second one more expensive?
You will need to talk to your Salesforce Account Exec for assistance. You can find their name from within Salesforce on the Setup > Checkout page. They will know the historical licensing and pricing history for your subscription.
