Then when an envelope is clicked, it reports a null reference error. See screen grabs for reference. Any ideas???

oh ... looks messy , If possible try - Restart Outlook
- Restart the computer
- Re-Install the Salesforce for outlook
- All else fails submit a case with salesforce
