Understanding Case Lifecycle report - need clarification.

Understanding Case Lifecycle report - need clarification.Can I check I am understanding the case lifecycle report - I need to calculate the number of hours a case is in the queue before being assinged to a case owner. Can i do this by using above?

    Its the out of the box duration field that comes with the Lifecycle report
