Customer Community PLUS user license question

Question

These users have READ ONLY access to Content Library. This may be a stupid question but does that mean they can still SUBSCRIBE and DOWNLOAD content they just can't send content packs or POST/UPDATE content? Please confirm.

There are view and upload permissions for Content. Hence, your expectation should hold good.
