"Your session has expired. Please login again."
I am an administrator and have tried using IE8 and Firefox 17.0.6, and have contacted Dataloader support, but not had much luck.

13 years later. I've been hitting the same problem this afternoon.
Clearing cache, restarting etc nothing was working. Then I logged into
Dataloader.ioand before doing naything refreshed the page a few times.
Seems to have resolved it (enough for me to complete the proper import after I completed the 1 record test about 45 minutes ago!)
