HI there,

I'm running into an issue with a URL "hack" button in Lightning. This button is used on a related list to create a custom object record. Now, the button does what it is supposed to do on the majority of the records but gets "hung up" on a select few (see attached image). Essentially, I can only see an "X" but nothing else appears. I've tried different browsers (Chrome / Firefox) with the same result.

Has anybody run into this before?
