Hi Trailhead people and everyone,

I have a troubleshoot with the Module 'Share CRM Data with your Partners', specifically with the Unit 4 - Set Up Account Roles and the Role Hierarchy. I followed your very detailed instructions but I fail the step verification, as follows:

Step not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

Assign Barbara Levy the Express Logistics and Transport Partner Manager role.

As you can see in the attachments, that step was done. In the past, I had working with a TP in a Spanish version and I could not pass the step because of the same reason. I changed to English as you can see and the problem persists. I need help or direction to fix this just to continue.

At least, @alex felisbert@Alex Felisberto have the same problem, unless he has been able to fix it. I picked up a ticket: Trailhead Case 00016334.
