Are you aware of Return Addresses for emails not working on Lightning?
We had them set up for our support reps and working perfectly until we moved to the new Lightning-powered Service Console.

Hi, was there a conclusion on this issue? I am facing what seems to be the exact same problem.
Interestingly, if I tick the box for automatic BCC, the address configured as reply-to is properly used, but the outgoing email address is still the user address.
