Dear group, how do I clear this error so I can transfer the feature lic?
"This user is the default owner for articles created during case close. You cannot uncheck Knowledge User until a new default owner is assigned."

Are you using the feature to create knowledge articles from cases? If so, you may have set that particular user as the default for new articles created for that article type.
