LOOKING FOR A MENTOR
Hello everyone,
My name is Charlene and I am on the hunt to find the correct steps in becoming a salesforce admin. I have little to no experience at the moment and I’m currently in the medical field. I joined trailhead about a month ago and have been working through units/modules. I would love it if a mentor could give me the pleasure of providing guidance in my quest as I am so confused as to what the correct steps would be. My understanding from the data collected over the last month:
Step 1. Complete modules on trailhead
Step 2. Take course/Boot Camp on sales force admin
Step 3. Take exam to become certified
- are these the correct steps? Please help!

I'm disappointed with the mentor assigned to me.
The mentor assigned to me doesn't give any mentorship support and I do not receive any guidance from him. And also he doesn't reply to my messages.
Today I sent an email requesting to change and assign a new mentor who can guide me to grow in Salesforce ecosystem.
Any suggestions where should I request for change in mentorship.
