Two New Certifications Launch August 21st

Mark your calendar: on Friday, August 21st, Salesforce will launch two new certifications on Trailhead Academy:

1. Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Next Consultant: This certification is designed for practitioners who work hands-on with Marketing Cloud Next in a consulting or implementation capacity.
2. Salesforce Certified Tableau Next Consultant: This certification is designed for practitioners who implement and maintain scalable analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.  
    

Registration opens Friday, August 21st!

Can anyone please help me with my issue and kindly tell me how to proceed ? 

On July 11th 2026, I have  a certification exam. I have downloaded and installed OnVUE software.  

 I tried attempting the exam, But OnVUE software has issues and it was blocked in Access code page. I tried multiple times but it doesn't work for me. Issue is with software not from my side. So kindly look into the issues and allow me to re-attempt the exam in test center.  

 I paid USD 236 to register for my certification exam. However, due to technical issues with the OnVUE software, I was unable to attempt the exam at all. 

Since I could not take the exam because of a problem beyond my control, I kindly request that you investigate this issue and help me resolve it. I would greatly appreciate it if you could allow me to reschedule the exam at no additional cost, as I have already paid the full exam fee. 

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your prompt assistance and a positive resolution.

Registration for 24 certifications retiring on February 1, 2027 closes this Friday, July 24, 2026, at 00:00 UTC—the same date and time that 16 certification name changes go live. If you're planning to pursue a retiring certification, now is the time to act.

Key Dates

• July 24, 2026 — Last day to register for retiring exams & name changes go live
• August 31, 2026 — Last day to complete a retiring exam
• February 1, 2027 — Official retirement date

What You Need to Do

• Haven't registered yet? Register via Trailhead Academy before Friday's deadline.
• Already have an exam booked after August 31? Reschedule to a date before the cutoff. See the Exam Reschedule and Cancellation Policy for instructions.
• Affected by a name change? No action needed — your certification transfers automatically. See the Certification Name Changes FAQ for details.
