Salesforce user merge field coming through as code

Couple of things: 

I am trying to use merge fields to add in details for a Lead's meeting with one of our strategy team: 

1. Strategy team member should be pulling through a Salesforce user, instead it is pulling through this snippet of code  

2. The date field in Salesforce CRM has a date and time however it is only pulling through the date 

Anyone know how to sort these two issues?
