Hi,
I'm working on the
"Agentforce Service Assistant"Trailhead badge (set-up-service-assistant unit) using the custom playground provided.
The module says to use the
legacy Agentforce Builder, but when I click "+ New Agent" on the Agentforce Agents Setup page, a popup appears promoting the new Agentforce Builder with "Create Agent" and "Maybe Later"buttons.
- Clicking "Maybe Later" just returns me to the Agentforce Agents list — no legacy builder opens
- Clicking "×" or outside the popup also does nothing
- The legacy agent creation screen never appears
As a result, I cannot create an agent named
"Agentforce Service Assistant" and the Check Challenge fails with:
Has anyone found a workaround to open the legacy Builder and complete this challenge?

We have a work around as this impacts our ability to ship agent templates to our customers. You need to manually launch the new agent wizard using a URL: https://[domain].lightning.force.com/AiCopilot/copilotStudio.app#/copilot/wizard?mode=newAgent
