I verified multiple connected Trailhead orgs.
The challenge validator specifically requires creating a subagent under "Coral Cloud Experience Agent". However, my available Agentforce Agents only include Coral Cloud Agent, Customer Service Agent, General Agent, and Guest Agent.
Additionally, the Get Customer Details flow exists and is active, but it does not appear as an available action when creating a subagent.
Because the required Coral Cloud Experience Agent is not present, I cannot complete the challenge as written. Has the challenge been updated, or is there a provisioning issue with the challenge org?

Did you create the org via the form in the badge? Did you connect that org to Trailhead? Are you definitely using that org and only that org. Orgs from other badges, other DE orgs etc will not work.
