Challenge: Bring Your Prompt to Life with Agent Actions
Issue:
The challenge requires creating a subagent under Coral Cloud Experience Agent and adding the Get Customer Details action.
In my org:
- Get Customer Details flow exists and is active.
- Get Customer Details does not appear in the Add Actions list when creating a subagent.
- Some orgs show only Coral Cloud Agent instead of Coral Cloud Experience Agent.
Because the required challenge assets are missing, I cannot complete the challenge as written.
Can Salesforce provide a correctly provisioned org or updated instructions?

I was also finding that once you use the Coral Cloud Developer Org from Agentblazer Legend (which is different than Champion/Innovator as Keiji mentioned), you do have to add the Get Customer Details as an Action from a Flow because it's not auto-populating.
Another issue I was running into was that you need to have the Name "Pre-Arrival" so copying directly from the instructions doesn't work. It will also cause the API Name to autopopulate which you need to update to "Pre_Arrival".
