Eg if episode date is Nov 20, 2023

A care gap is considered as member if the test is not performed within the 7-day period from 3 days prior to the episode date through 3 days after the episode date.

  1. The X-axis should represent the "Days Left for Care Gap Closure," with values ranging from 7 to 3, and an additional bar labeled "Exceeded Limit."
  2. The Y-axis should represent the "Number of Populations."
  3. care gap closure limit is set from 7,6,5,4,3 days and exceeded limit.

then how can i give create a calculated field ?

    @Jim Dehner

    Hi Jim, sorry not able to send a workbook as i dont created a workbook

    , but i can give you a brief explanation on this, hope this would help

    a) i need a chart which display days left for care gap closure

    1. b)The X-axis should represent the "Days Left for Care Gap Closure," with values ranging from 7 to 3, and an additional bar labeled "Exceeded Limit."
    2. The Y-axis should represent the "Number of Populations."
    3. care gap closure limit is set from 7,6,5,4,3 days and exceeded limit.

    the compliance is determined as if the test is performed within the range of 7 to 3 member is compliant or else a care gap is identified.

    This is a sample chart this calculation is something which i have tried , how can i create a calculated field for 7-day period from 3 days prior to the episode date through 3 days after the episode date.
