I am trying to publish data sources which have 100 million rows and there might be possibility of having more rows.
I am publishing the data sources and workbooks using the Tableau Server Client API (Python). What are the best practices to publish such large extracts and workbooks?

It very much depends on the specific situation. If you have a high-performance database, you can use Live Connect.
To optimize the source, use the settings of the database itself (filters, hiding fields, incremental update, different data models, etc.). Everything is very individual. If there are problems - we can provide advice on source optimization and dashboards.
