I have existing dashboard which uses Sql Server and DB2 as data source.
I would need to add Text file as data source in this dashboard.
I am getting error code - 4E6B03C2.
it says - this workbook contains a data source that is dependent on a different Tableau server. Multiple server connection are not supported.
can anyone help on this? what could be issue?

That error code means what it says - you are trying to use a data source from a different Tableau Server, which is not allowed.
Can you explain your steps in more detail?
