Add Multiple Series to Same Chart

Please be gentle. I'm a Tableau newbie trying to learn how to do in Tableau what I can do in Excel. So I have four variables that I want to display in the same line chart. When I drag the Date field to column shelf and then the 4 series to the row shelf I get 4 bar charts. So in the marks card I select ALL and make them into 4 line charts. I then right-mouse click on the second series and choose Dual Axis and Sync Axis. Same with the 4th series. I now have two line charts with two series. How can I put them all into one chart?
