One of my Dashboard Cross tab column has value as '- Machine'.
While downloading this Cross tab data into CSV file, CSV doesn't recognize and show it as '#NAME?'
Can you please help to overcome this issue? Thanks.

Your best bet is to change the field name. But you could also change it in Excel:
1. Format that cell as Text:
2. Edit the cell to remove the = sign:
