Is it possible to have both graphs from .twb file on one vizualisation (dual axis)? Problem is that each visualization has different date. I need to see how many items were purchased in each year and how many items were sold in each year.

For the additional questions to the original post:
1) Take the methodology already provided for creating a dimension and instead make two separate measures:
Sells
COUNT(IF [Sell date]=[Scaffold Dates] THEN [Item ID] END)
Purchases
COUNT(IF [Purchase date]=[Scaffold Dates] THEN [Item ID] END)
% Difference
([Sells]-[Purchases])/([Purchases])
2) Build the view as dual-axis, synchronize the axis, etc.
If you need the table to show % difference it's there as well:
