I am developing a text worksheet and a dashboard. I am experiencing some issues with subtotals and totals I put division, employee, hours in , hours out, and total of hours each day. Now I need to add subtotal for each division and the general total.

Follow the following steps and you will get the desired result- Workbook attached:

1. Go to analysis --> Total --> Add all sub-total
2. right-click on the dimension you don't want the subtotal of, uncheck subtotal.
3. For grand total- Analysis -->total-->Column Grand totals
