Hi Tableau Community,

I have a question that seemed simple at first, but no research was able to help me solve it.

Simplyfied, I have a set of (dummy-)data that looks like this:@

⌗billingTeamstatusRevenue1Team 1actual50.0002Team 1actual50.0003Team 2actual100.0004Team 2actual100.0005Team 3actual150.0006Team 3actual150.0007Team 4actual200.0008Team 4actual200.000not providedTeam 1plan250.000not providedTeam 2plan250.000not providedTeam 3plan250.000not providedTeam 4plan250.000not providedTeam 4plan250.000

I now want to see, how the teams are performing vs. the plan. I was able to come up with the relative value via a formula (sum of revenue if status is "actual" divided by sum of revenue if status is "plan"), the result can be seen below (names blackened)

I now want the following view (to summarize the situation in a dashboard):

NUMBER OF TEAMS ABOVE PLAN: XX

NUMBER OF TEAMS BELOW PLAN: XX

I know that it should work with something like COUNT and IF and should actually be fairly simple, but I'm not able to come up with the formula myself.

A solution would be highly welcome! Thanks a lot in advance.
