Important Update on Power of Us P10 Donation Program

Thank you all for your patience around the new Industries Portfolio 2.0 editions rollout. We shared an update earlier around how the new editions would impact the Power of Us P10 donation program. We have some additional updates we want to share. 

Customers who have P10 plus additional paid licenses and are looking to upgrade to the new core edition - or P10 customers making their first purchase can do so by following the instructions below:

• Make sure the P10 application is complete and approved.
• Once approved, work with the customer's Account Executive to process the request or swap.
• Don't know your Account Executive? Email the Power of Us Help Desk at powerofusdesk@salesforce.com (APAC customers: powerofusdeskAPAC@salesforce.com) and they'll get you connected.

Customers who have only the P10 donation licenses will be able to take advantage of the new editions starting in early 2027. We had planned for this to be available for everyone right away, but we uncovered a few hurdles and we're working to make it available as soon as possible.
