Reactivate Request for my Developer Org.

So steps are simple. Click on the link Developer Edition org with Salesforce CPQ

and fill up the details. Use unique username with same email used previously. A confirmation email will be recieved when the org is created.  

Now connect the org. 

1. Visit this url and click on the Connect button. 
2. Now login with username and password that you used create the org. 
3. Once done, verify the challenge.
