Need help to achieve a requirement where I need to put some custom conversational button on embedded messaging chat for service type of agent. So when I click predefine text button on chat window, it should send as a message so that user should not need to type.
It's a similar like what we have on 'Ask Agentforce' on trailhead. see image below.

I checked reference that you share but unfortunately it doesn't fit on my requirement because it generally suited for employee type of agent, In my case, I have service type of agent and I have setup message channel, embedded service deployment omni-channel routing and put embedded component on experience site so that we can have agent chat visible on site, and I want those pre-defined bubble text button available on inside chat window on site.
