WOuld like to create an text message that is sent from a case. We have Ring Central app installed. We currently have emails going out from the case but would also like to send a text with the email.

when case stage is update to in progress, would liek to fire a text message as an email alert if possible.  we have better communication with texting versus emailing most of the time.
