Hi!     I'm wondering if anyone has ideas for sending Pardot form submissions to Salesforce in an easy/comprehensive way for the Sales team to easily view the form submitted data? Currently, we're using default/consistent fields on a Prospect to capture data to limit the need for customization, but each form may require 1, 2, 3, etc. unique fields depending on the form type. This can lead to 1) a lot of custom fields to manage 2) Sales needs to view a lot of fields to find the correct data. I've seen ideas for using the 'Comments' field to append the entire form submitted data and have a running list of these submissions, but this can also get very messy. The goal would be to have a similar form submission data capture as the 'Notify User' email that gets sent from Pardot, but this would be in Salesforce. Am I maybe missing something? Thoughts?     Just looking to improve on what we're currently doing!    Thanks!

makes sense! I'll make sure to add a conditional completion action in Pardot: "Assign To User" for Prospects that aren't already assigned.

One last item maybe you can help me with (related to this)… we’re hoping to implement something similar to this: https://mardreamin.com/course-video/how-to-report-on-and-reassign-qualified-prospects-from-pardot-manage-re-engaged-contacts-with-task-queues/

    • Note: we’ll only have one Lead Queue to start. We plan on enhancing this process with scoring, updating Lead statuses, etc. but for now, this is where we’re starting.

My question is around the “Re-Engaged” process + how we can possibly relate the form submission details to the Salesforce Task for “Re-Engaged” records. Also, to me, a “Re-Engaged” record could be a Lead or Contact (not all Leads convert right away and can sit in Salesforce, and we want to create a Salesforce Task to let Sales know if they “Re-Engaged” + not create a duplicate Lead record). If we were just creating Tasks for existing Contacts or creating tasks for every form submission (Lead or Contact), then that would be easier as we could say: “If the related record is a Contact, then also create a Salesforce Task/relate the form submission detail to that. If it’s a Lead, just create the form submission detail and relate it to the Lead” or “For every form submission (Lead or Contact), create a Salesforce Task/relate the form submission detail to that”. The key here is that the initial Lead conversion + assignment from Salesforce is enough as we’ll assign them to a Lead Queue and a Task really isn’t needed here (will create more admin. work (the team will have to manage the Lead Queue + SF Task Queue and decipher the new Lead created and find the related SF Task assigned to a Queue) + it’ll be harder to decipher “Re-Engagements” vs. new Leads conversions). Thoughts?

    Thanks!
